I have a long history of changing dentist bc of the bad experiences and service I received. It ranged from the dentist being disgruntled, the staff lacking patience, the procedure is done with no explanation, and the worst one was when I got my wisdom tooth pulled the dentist failed to wait until the numbing med kick in. I DID NOT experience ANY of those things at LFD. I was so relaxed and the staff was beyond helpful. Dr. Courtney was outstanding and very knowledgeable! She literally explained everything she was doing during my procedure. She makes great eye contact and is very professional in all aspects.
